Tiny Tiger Fest

On April 4, the LSU Child Care Center held their Tiny Tiger Fest. This event serves as the open house/fundraiser for the center. There are fun activities for the kids and parents all chip in bringing donations for the silent auction and baked goods and each class works a booth or class activity.

For the silent auction, the Panda class donated a picture book documenting their time at the Child Care Center. The class activity was a mini-inflatable jumper (a gift from Pap and Maw Maw to Trace on his first birthday).

We had lots of fun at this year's Tiny Tiger Fest. Trace got to see goats, pigs, ducks and chickens from the LSU Ag Center. He loved going back and forth from the different pens to see the animals.

He played all the games like the bean bag toss, the fishing pond, the duck pull and the ping-pong ball throw.

He enjoyed a puppet show, played with bubbles, met a clown who made him a balloon giraff and got to sit in the LSU Firetruck.

The day was capped off with popcicles from the ice cream man. What more could a kid (or a parent) want from a Saturday?
