Oh what fun! (Warning...lots of pics!)

What an exciting holiday break we've had! The whole reason I became a teacher was so that I could have more quality time to spend with my family. These past two weeks have been amazing and I've treasured every moment we've had to spend together. Here's a few pics of some of the fun times we shared with Trace:

Trace loved the singing snowmen behind him. He would push the buttons over & over, while clapping his hands and dancing to each song.

Okay, so Trace didn't make this...Ernie did. But I thought it was noteworthy. :)
Here's mine. It's supposed to be our house.

Trace playing Santa with Daddy. He said "Ho Ho Ho" so well!
Trace & Pap reading his new book. Notice the bow on his butt!...so cute.

Opening one of his many gifts that were bigger than him. This one happens to be a basketball goal from his Uncle Eli!
Trace playing Rock Band with his Aunt "Re Re"!

Chillin' in his new chair!
Playing blocks.

Trace rolling his new ball with his Pop!

Painting with Mimi! I think he ate more than he got on the paper...don't worry, it's non-toxic. ;)

Trace taking his first bubble bath and looking like Pop with his new beard!

Oh yeah, we went to the Audubon Zoo, too! Trace loved the camels...so much that he started calling everything "mammals"; which technically, he was correct. :)

Trace would "call" every animal to him and tell each one "bye bye" as we moved on to the next!

And then there was the petting zoo...he ran up to the sheep and yelled "Baa!!!" at the top of his lungs! It was hilarious. At the chickens, he just sat there and stared, saying "doodle doo, doodle doo". These moments were priceless.

I can't believe how fast these two weeks have passed by, but they sure were fun! We also took Trace to see his first movie, "Madagascar 2". He made it through the first hour and then it was time to go. :) He did love the popcorn, though! :)
